This is one of my favorite designs and was created in the Acadian style. Although the lot was narrow, I created a design with over 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms, and three baths. The balcony overlooks a community pond and the kitchen/dining looks out at a 500 year old oak tree. This design maximized the best views for this lot.
The purpose of this design was to create a maintenance building in a community development while blending in with the surrounding architecture. The community board wanted a design that would fit in with the uniquely designed homes and local boutiques and cafes.

Country Store​
My client wanted a comfortable, down-home feel to his convenience store. By using a 3d software, I was able to design the building he wanted with 3d views to fully capture what he was looking for. The client was pleased with the outcome and these 3d architectural drawings made it possible for him to visualize the end product.
