Due to continuous weather damages, this local hotel needed updated and current drawings in order to start renovations. My team was able to measure this entire facility in one day. The company used these drawings to help with their renovations.
This facility needed to upgrade their fire alarm system. However their plans were not updated. My team and I measured over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space and digitized the floor plans to put together a complete and accurate set of plans for their use with the fire alarm company. They now updated plans for current and later uses.
For this project, the owners needed updated drawings, to scale, in order to upgrade their fire alarm system. My team and I went from building to building and measured all existing spaces, then drew those plans in a cad program where all spaces were accurate and to scale for the alarm company to properly add their devices to specified code requirements. We spent two days measuring and then another day drawing on the computer. Now they have updated drawings for fire alarm usage as well as any other needs such as renovations and additions.
